WARRANTY INFORMATION

Each pickup comes with a five-year warranty, which applies only to the original purchaser.

Lead disconnections, removal of the protective coil tape, or removal of the metal covers will void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or alteration, normal wear to covers, installation charges, or any other form of modification to the pickup.

RETURN INFORMATION

All pickups can be returned in their original condition (including packaging and accessories) within 20 days from the date the order was shipped.

The return package must be sent by registered mail. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

A full refund will be provided for the value of the pickups, excluding the initial shipping costs.
If the pickups have been installed on a musical instrument, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the returned package and confirm that all return conditions have been met, we will proceed with the refund.

Custom orders are excluded from our exchange and refund policy.

Pickups that are damaged, abused, missing parts, or otherwise not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

Concerning installation issues, in case that you are not familiar with wiring it is strongly advised that you consult a qualified guitar tech.
